RT9277/D 是高性能、低雜訊、工作頻率固定的升壓型 DC/DC 轉換器，其輸入電壓範圍為 2.5V~5.5V，輸出電壓可高達 16V 。使用外部補償電路的電流模式控制架構使之易於實現系統穩定，同時又不失其靈活性。其具有的軟啟動功能將啟動過程對供電系統的衝擊降到了最小，內建的低 RDS(ON) MOSFET 提供了高轉換效率。可選擇的 640kHz 和 1.2MHz 工作頻率為使用小型電感、取得最高效率和最低成本提供了靈活性。RT9277C/D還提供了眾多的保護功能如欠壓鎖定、過流保護和過溫保護等。
